In his previous company, Elcom International, Bill achieved record-breaking revenue growth from zero/start-up to over $650 million in less than four years. Bill is an electrifying and persuasive international speaker with the ability to build trust, inspire confidence and deliver results across multiple industries and a wide range of personalities.

With over 20 years of executive management and sales success, Bill has also run a $1.8 billion sales and professional services organization with over 1,200 people nationally. He has closed dozens of multi-million dollar contracts for products and professional services with Fortune accounts including: General Electric, American Airlines, PepsiCo, John Hancock, State Street Bank, and United Technologies Corporation. Bill earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Boston College, has an MBA in Marketing/Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College, and is the proud dad of 5 children.

Mike Myers is Vice President of WINNING, Incorporated and has over 16 years of success in sales, training, consulting, and management. Mike has a proven track record in consistently exceeding both sales and profitability goals in a variety of challenging environments. His dynamic sales skills and training style have been developed through his experience in selling high technology products and services to Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining WINNING, Inc., Mike was Vice President of Business Development and a member of the senior management team for Atlantic Data Services (ADS), a publicly held, professional consulting services firm. At ADS he was responsible for successfully closing and managing numerous multi-million dollar contracts for billion-dollar companies. During his tenure he helped the company grow from $20 million to over $60 million in annual revenues resulting in record growth and earnings.

At BGS Systems, a leading provider of software and services to Fortune 500 companies, Mike was a top performer who achieved numerous sales records for generating both new business and total revenue. He successfully sold products and professional services to companies including Fidelity Investments, EDS, AT&T, and Liberty Mutual. Mike earned his undergraduate degree in finance and accounting from St. Bonaventure University and resides in Berlin, MA with his wife Catherine.

Patricia Merolle is a Principal of WINNING, Incorporated and has over 20 years of sales, management and entrepreneurial success in growing a variety of businesses. At Perry Johnson Registrars, a firm specializing in ISO 9000 certification, Patricia was the consistent top performer and set an all-time company record for sales - resulting in her promotion to Regional Manager. At Perry Johnson, Patricia was responsible for generating key client relationships with major companies including Estee Lauder, Mead Johnson, Clairol Worldwide, Bristol Meyers and Heritage Hills Golf Resort.

Patricia is a master at building long-term relationships. She also has the unique ability to help her clients gain confidence, break out of their "comfort zone" and achieve results they never thought possible.

Patricia has also been a successful entrepreneur and business owner in both the catering and equestrian industries. Patricia hails from Hunter College in New York, is a Certified Toastmaster, the proud mother of two daughters, and resides in Salem, MA.

Kevin Hallinan is a Principal of WINNING, Incorporated and has over 22 years of sales, training, and management success. An engaging and dynamic trainer and mentor, and an award-winning sales producer, Kevin has provided training and coaching to hundreds of companies in numerous industries. From selling seeds to win prizes as a young boy, to fundraising door to door in college, to a career in professional selling and management, one might say that selling is "in his blood."

Kevin has been involved in almost every aspect of sales and sales management throughout his career. His experiences range from small private companies, to family run businesses, to the corporate setting where he has successfully sold both products and services. He is a former business owner, industry leader and constant overachiever, having earned numerous sales awards including Producer of the Year and Top Account Executive, and holds two yet unbroken company records for Highest Weekly Sales and Highest Quarterly Sales.

A natural leader and motivator, Kevin has served as President of his college fraternity, President of a statewide trade association, company President, currently serves as a deacon in his church, and is very active in the business community. He is a frequent featured speaker at numerous Chamber of Commerce and business events.

Kevin's honesty and forthrightness, together with his ability to inspire and lead, has allowed him to coach and train sales "rookies", mid-level managers, and seasoned executives to new levels of success that have consistently exceeded expectations.

Kevin hails from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he majored in Electrical Engineering. He is an accomplished singer and trumpeter, the proud father of two boys who love football and baseball, two girls who love cheerleading and dance, and the devoted husband of the biggest Red Sox fan he has ever met.

Jim Kearney is a Principal of WINNING, Incorporated, and has over 15 years of successful sales and sales management success. Jim has an outstanding record of growth and accomplishment in sales, consistently achieving record revenue and gross profit goals throughout his career. In his previous company, Elcom International, Jim was responsible for developing new business in the Northeast Region from literally zero/start-up to over $80 million in less then 4 years. Indeed, one of Jim's premier strengths is his ability to help and inspire people to develop new business, profitably, on a consistent basis.

As a member of the Elcom management team, Jim played a key role in the development and implementation of business strategies, sales and marketing programs, and incentives. He has a long history of success in opening new accounts and promoting new lines of business. As the Director of Major Account Sales for Elcom, Jim grew high-margin service revenue in the Northeast from just $100,000 in 1996 to over $3 million in 1998. In addition, he opened and managed an eight-month national rollout for CVS that generated $30 million in revenue, including $2.5 million in professional services. He has successfully closed multi-million dollar deals for products and professional services, with dozens of companies, including CVS, GTECH, Investor Bank & Trust, Massachusetts Financial Services, UNUM Life Insurance, and Mercer Management Consulting.

Prior to joining Elcom, Jim held sales executive positions at Entex Information Services and EMC where he consistently exceeded goals and objectives.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Administration from the University of Rhode Island. He is an avid martial arts student and lives with his wife and two children in Wrentham, MA.

Jim Ayraud, is President of Next Level, Inc., an affiliate of WINNING, Inc. Jim has nearly two decades of sales, marketing, sales management, and sales training experience with some of the best companies in America. He started his professional career with Procter and Gamble, the largest consumer products company in the world and was then recruited away to Kimberly-Clark Corporation. At K-C, Jim rose to Regional Sales Manager at the age of 34 (the youngest in company history).

Jim holds a B.S. and M.B.A. degrees, and resides in Franklin, Mass. with his wife Cindy and their two daughters. Jim is active in both the community and his church, as well as many professional organizations.

Chris Bond is Vice President of Next Level, Inc., an affiliate of WINNING, Inc. He has more than 10 years of management and training experience. For the eight years prior to joining Next Level, Inc., Chris was in management with Loews/Sony Corporation. As Regional Manager, he was ranked #1 among his peers for incremental sales and profit improvement in his territory.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Stonehill College. He and his wife and their three children live in Franklin, MA, where they are active in their church and community.
